Terms of Service

1.General

The service is provided by Мормуль Евгений Олегович, an individual; country of residence: Ukraine (the “Operator”, “we”). The Operator’s details are at the end of this document.

By signing up - with email or through Google, Discord or Telegram - or otherwise using the service, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. We record when you accepted them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The section “Public offer for paid services” is the Operator’s public offer, made as an individual, to conclude a contract on the terms set out there with anyone who accepts it. It is accepted by paying for a wallet top-up.

RadarMC is an independent project, not affiliated with Mojang AB or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB.

2.The service

RadarMC is a Minecraft server monitoring service and catalogue. It lets you:

• find servers by category, version and platform and see their online players, uptime, statistics and ranking history;
• vote for servers, write reviews, add servers to favourites and subscribe to their news;
• as an owner - add servers, set up Votifier, vote rewards, webhooks, API keys and widgets, publish news and wipes and view analytics;
• top up your wallet and buy Signal Boost promotion.

Servers in the catalogue belong to third parties: we do not run them and are not responsible for their operation, rules, content, rewards or in-game purchases. Monitoring data is collected automatically and may be inaccurate.

The launcher and the skin and mod catalogues are in development.

3.Your account

• You provide a valid email and are responsible for keeping access to that email and your Google, Discord or Telegram sign-in secure.
• An account is for one person. Transferring or selling accounts is prohibited.
• A confirmed email is required to top up the wallet and to claim the daily bonus.
• Your username must not break the law or third-party rights or impersonate another person or the service administration.
• You can delete your account in the settings once you have transferred or deleted your servers. Your profile, email, connected accounts, sessions, notifications and sign-in history are erased immediately; your reviews, favourites, subscriptions, places and videos are deleted; your votes stay in server statistics in anonymised form; wallet and payment records are kept for the period given in the Privacy Policy. Deletion cannot be undone. If paid funds remain on your balance, request a refund before deleting (see “Refunds”).
• If you break these Terms, we may restrict or block your account.

4.Listing servers

• Any registered user can add a server; the number of servers per account is limited. By adding a server you confirm that you are entitled to represent it.
• New servers are published immediately, without prior review. You are responsible for the accuracy of the address, description, links and uploaded images.
• A server that was reachable less than a quarter of the time over 10 days (counted from when it was added or last returned) is unlisted automatically and listed again once it is reachable. When you delete a server, it disappears from the catalogue and its address on RadarMC becomes available to others.
• You may not list servers that break the law, spread malware or impersonate other projects, or provide knowingly false information.

5.Moderation

We may reject or ban a server and hide a review if it breaks these Terms or the law. Decisions are made on user reports and on our own initiative. A rejected server is hidden from the catalogue; a banned server is deactivated and excluded from the ranking until the ban is lifted.

You can appeal a decision by messaging RadarMC support on Telegram with the server page address.

6.Reviews and reports

• You can leave one review per server. It must be about the server and reflect your own experience.
• Abuse, spam, advertising, fake reviews and paid reviews are prohibited.
• A review is marked as verified if you voted for the server and the vote was delivered.
• The server owner can reply to a review.
• You can report a server or a review on the server page. Abusing reports breaks these Terms.

7.Voting and anti-fraud

• Signed-in users who enter a Minecraft username can vote.
• You can vote for the same server once every 24 hours, and the total number of votes per day is limited. Limits also apply to votes from a single IP address and subnet.
• The monthly vote counter resets on the 1st day of each month; the total counter is kept.
• When you vote, your username and IP address are sent to the server through Votifier so it can give you a reward. Rewards are given by the server, not by RadarMC.
• Vote manipulation in any form is prohibited: bots and scripts, multiple accounts, VPNs and proxies to bypass limits, buying and selling votes.
• We automatically flag suspicious vote bursts; flagged votes do not count towards the server’s totals and ranking. We may ban the server or the account involved in manipulation.

8.Wallet

• The wallet is your account’s internal balance in Russian rubles. Paid funds on it are an advance payment for the service’s services. The wallet is not a bank account, electronic money or an e-money wallet, earns no interest and does not expire.
• You can top it up by bank card or SBP (through the Lava.top payment service, Lavalane LTD, Cyprus) or with cryptocurrency (Plisio). The minimum and maximum top-up amounts are shown in the payment form.
• A confirmed email is required for top-ups. The payment provider (Lava.top - Lavalane LTD, Cyprus; Plisio) sends the payment confirmation; every top-up and debit is listed in your wallet history.
• Funds are credited once the provider confirms the payment. An unpaid order expires after 24 hours; if the payment arrives later, the funds are still credited.
• Wallet funds can be spent only on the service’s services (currently Signal Boost). They cannot be withdrawn or transferred to another user, except for a refund of the unspent balance on request (see “Refunds”).
• Bonuses - the daily bonus and rewards for invited users - go to the same balance, are not payments and are not refundable. Bonus amounts and conditions are shown in the interface and may change.
• The referral reward goes to the inviting user once the invited user confirms their email. Signing up your own accounts with your link is prohibited, and the number of rewards per day is limited.

9.Signal Boost

• Signal Boost is paid server promotion: while it is active, the server gets boost points that raise its position in the ranking and in the promoted servers list.
• Packages differ in points, duration and price; the current terms are shown at purchase.
• Signal Boost can be bought for any approved server, including someone else’s. The number of boosts active on one server at the same time is limited.
• A boost starts as soon as the funds are debited from your balance and ends automatically when its term is over. A boost cannot be moved to another server.
• A boost does not guarantee a particular position or number of players or votes. If the server is rejected or banned for violations, an active boost stops having effect and is not refunded.

10.Public offer for paid services

• The subject of the offer is server promotion (Signal Boost) and other paid features of the service paid from the wallet balance. A wallet top-up is an advance payment for these services.
• The offer is accepted by paying for a top-up. From that moment the contract is concluded on the terms of this section and of these Terms as a whole.
• Prices are shown in rubles in the interface at the time of purchase. Signal Boost is deemed rendered from its activation on the chosen server for the paid term.
• The payment provider (Lava.top - Lavalane LTD, Cyprus; Plisio) sends the payment confirmation. Debits from the balance and refunds are listed in your wallet history.
• The Operator may change prices and services; changes do not affect services already paid for and activated.

11.Refunds

• The unspent balance you paid in can be refunded on request: message RadarMC support on Telegram with the order number and the amount. The refund goes to the original payment method where technically possible, within 10 days of receiving the request.
• Refunds of cryptocurrency payments are arranged with you individually.
• Bonus funds (daily bonus, referral rewards) are not refundable and are not paid out.
• An activated Signal Boost is rendered immediately and is not refundable unless the service was not provided through our fault. If a boost could not be activated (for example, the server was deleted before activation or a technical error occurred), the debited amount returns to your balance automatically, usually within about 15 minutes, and we send you a notification.
• If you paid but the funds were not credited, contact support with the order number and we will check the payment with the provider.

12.Owner tools and API

• A server owner receives voter data (username and IP address through Votifier, username and IDs through webhooks and the API) only to give rewards and count votes. The owner must process it lawfully and must not share it with third parties.
• For servers in the catalogue, AI may suggest tags and slogan drafts based on the description and posts from public channels. The suggestions are optional: nothing is published without your decision, and you are responsible for any text you accept.
• Keep API keys and secrets private: you are responsible for actions performed with your key.
• You may not overload the API, bypass rate limits or use the API to harvest user data.

13.Prohibited conduct

You may not:

• break the law or the rights of other users and third parties;
• manipulate votes, reviews, views or other metrics;
• spread spam, malware or phishing links;
• attempt unauthorised access to the service, other accounts or data, or exploit vulnerabilities instead of reporting them;
• scrape the service other than through the public API and widgets;
• use payment features with someone else’s cards, for fraud or money laundering.

14.Content rights

Authors keep the rights to their reviews, server descriptions, images and other content. By posting content you grant us a free, non-exclusive licence to store, display and distribute it within the service, including in widgets and through the API, for as long as it is posted. You confirm that you have the rights to the content you post.

The design, code, logo and name of RadarMC belong to the Operator.

15.Liability

• The service is provided “as is”. We aim for uninterrupted operation but do not guarantee it: maintenance breaks and outages may occur.
• We are not responsible for the actions of server owners and other users, the operation of third-party servers, rewards or in-game purchases.
• To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid to the service in the last 12 months.
• These limitations do not apply where the law does not allow them, including consumer rights.

16.Changes to the Terms

We may change these Terms. The new version is published on this page with its effective date, and we announce material changes in advance on the site or by email. By continuing to use the service after the changes take effect you accept the new version.

17.Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of Ukraine, the Operator’s country of residence. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection given by the mandatory rules of the law of your country of residence. Disputes are settled by negotiation first: send a claim as a message to RadarMC support on Telegram and we will reply within 30 days. Unresolved disputes go to a competent court of Ukraine; a consumer may also go to the courts of their country of residence where the applicable law allows it.
