Payments and refunds

Include the order number from the payment history in your wallet, the amount and the payment method. Refund requests work the same way - see the Terms of Service.

Servers and moderation

Server owners can appeal moderation decisions and report monitoring problems - include the server page address. The fastest way to report a server or a review is on the server page.

Personal data

Send requests to access, correct or delete your data to RadarMC support on Telegram and include your username. Timelines and the procedure are in the Privacy Policy.

Security

Found a vulnerability? Message RadarMC support on Telegram starting with “Security”, and please keep the details private until we fix it. We appreciate responsible disclosure.

What to include:

• where the problem is: a page address, an API method or a part of the site;
• how to reproduce it and what you expected to happen;
• what you think it could lead to;
• how to reach you if we have questions.

We confirm receipt within 5 working days and tell you what happens next. Once the issue is fixed, we’ll let you know.

While testing, please:

• use only your own accounts and servers, and never touch other users’ data;
• don’t run load tests or DoS, and don’t send spam;
• don’t try social engineering on our team or users;
• don’t exploit the issue further than needed to confirm it.
